We are a company specialized in the manufacture of cylindrical – spur and helical gears and splined shafts with grinding, adapting the same to the clients' needs according to the drawings or samples submitted. In addition to the foregoing, we also carry out various assembly type works and supply gear subsets.
We manage the entire production process starting from the purchase of raw material, carrying out all kinds of machining operations, gear tooth forming, heat treatment, both internal and external grinding operations and other possible surface treatments, as well as the possibility of dynamic balancing of the gears.
In addition, we place laser marked codes selected by the client on each and every one of the parts we manufacture and we include the QR code on the parts with the information that the client requires, thus ensuring total traceability of the gears and shafts as needed.
